Bugy is a visual feedback and website annotation platform that allows users to leave comments directly on web pages. The Service enables teams to collaborate, share feedback, and manage visual annotations for web development and design projects.

4. Workspaces and Teams

Users can create and manage workspaces to organize projects and collaborate with team members. Workspace owners are responsible for managing members, permissions, and ensuring compliance with these Terms within their workspace.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Spam, phish, or conduct fraudulent activities

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 Plans

The Service offers different subscription plans (Free, Freelancer, Team, Agency, Enterprise) with varying features and limitations. Plan details and pricing are available on our website.

7.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through our payment provider (Polar.sh). You agree to provide accurate billing information.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect current subscribers until their next renewal period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned byBugy and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bugy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
